To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without tags or original packaging cannot be accepted.
Sale items can only be returned for change of mind if stated in the return conditions at the time of purchase. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer laws if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
